Access rule to the Grand Prix Planet

All athletes from all national and international federations can participate. Online prescription is mandatory on this page.

Behavioral norms

At the time of the registration weighing, the competitor must present himself in costume which must correspond to the criteria of decency. The competitor must put the race number on the right side of the costume and must not wear earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings during the event. In the women's categories everything that is allowed is clearly indicated in the appropriate section of this regulation:

    The competitor who does not show up on stage in time for the event to take place may be excluded from the competition. The competitor can only use non-dirty dyes as required by the regulation. Free pose routines are not foreseen. The athlete is required to respect the judges and the public and to behave in a polite and sporty way. Abandonment of the event and the dispute will be subject to definitive suspension for the years to come and they will no longer be able to participate in the Grand Prix Planet. To be considered as such, a category must have at least 3 competitors registered. When the number is not reached, the Chief Jury at his discretion may decide to unify the category with the closest one, the athlete will still be evaluated for his category. The competitor must respect the environments where the sporting events take place, avoiding to dirty and disperse waste or cause damage to people, things and infrastructures. During the course of the event, the competitor must not leave the stage, except for illness and urgent needs. The competitor who does not agree with the final judgment of the event can request written explanations from the Head of the Jury. Serious blemishes such as obvious gynecomastia, extensive acne, abnormal muscle inflammation with related swelling, excessive abdominal distension, will be penalized with a position in the final classification.

Judging criteria BodyBuilding - Male HP

In the BB categories there is no tolerance. In the HP category the tolerance is equal and minus 5%. Each competitor is evaluated on 3 main elements:


SYMMETRY

The skeletal structure and the proportion between the development of muscle masses are judged.


DEFINITION

We examine the lack of fat, the quality and separation of muscle districts, we consider pure muscle volume.


MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT

Pure muscle volume is considered.


MANDATORY POSES SYMMETRY

Thus highlighted in order of call during this phase the competitor perform a slight muscle contraction, while maintaining the required position in order to allow the comparative evaluation.

MANDATORY POSES DEVELOPMENT AND DEFINITION

For the assessment of muscle development and qualities, the mandatory posing is characterized by seven calls:


    FRONT BACK EXPANSION FRONT DOUBLE BICEPS LATERAL EXPANSION LATERAL TRICEPS BACK EXPANSION BACK DOUBLE BICEPS THIGHS, FRONT ABDOMINALS HANDS AT NECK


Judging criteria Body Building Classic

The category is characterized by weight tolerances varying between 0% and 15%.

Each competitor is evaluated on three main elements:


SYMMETRY

The skeletal structure and the proportion between the development of muscle masses are judged


DEFINITION

The lack of fat, the quality and separation of muscle districts are examined.


MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT

Pure muscle volume is considered.


MANDATORY POSES SYMMETRY

thus highlighted in order of call, during this phase the competitor will perform a slight muscle contraction, while maintaining the required position in order to allow the comparative evaluation.

Black trunk.

Judgment Criteria Man Physique

The category is characterized by weight tolerances varying between 0% and 15%. Each competitor is evaluated on four pillars:


AESTHETICS

10% Score. Genetic beauty. Facial beauty. Attention to detail (hair, skin).


PHYSICALITY

50% Score. Elegance and structural symmetry. Absence of paramorphisms and dysmorphisms in the column. Ratio of upper vs lower body. Proportion between the limbs and fundamental V-Line


MUSCULARITY

30% Score. The competitor must present himself with a low percentage of fat, proportion in the development of the muscular districts, roundness.


CARRIAGE

10% Score. The elegance during the T-walk and the masculine attitude, without posing, from the back of the stage are important evaluation criteria.


RACING COSTUME AND ACCESSORIES

Non-tight knee-length boxer in the shape and color of your choice. Accessories without limitations as long as they do not hinder the evaluation of the competitor by the judges.


POSE

A frontal, lateral, rear view will be required, during these phases the competitors must assume a natural, relaxed and casual position.

Judging Criteria Miss Model

The category embraces all those contestants, models or aspiring models, with personal beauty and elegant physicality. To this end, beauty, structural elegance, the absence of imperfections become fundamental elements for the final judgement.


AESTHETICS

50% Score. Genetic beauty. Facial beauty. Attention to detail (hair, skin).


PHYSICALITY

30% Score. Elegance and structural symmetry. Absence of paramorphisms and dysmorphisms in the column. Ratio of upper vs lower body. Proportion between limbs.


MUSCULARITY

Parameter of little relevance with respect to the structure. The competitor must show up with an average percentage of fat on the abdomen, legs and buttocks.


CARRIAGE

20% Score. Elegance during T-walking and femininity are important evaluation criteria.


RACING COSTUME AND ACCESSORIES

Bikini in the shape and color of your liking, a high-heeled shoe must always be worn. Accessories without limitations as long as they do not hinder the evaluation of the athlete by the judges.


POSE

The mandatory poses for this category are two, one on the front and one on the back, with the hand on the hip. in addition to these there are no mandatory poses for this category and the competitors must assume a natural, relaxed and nonchalant position.

Judging Criteria Miss Bikini

Intermediate category between the Models and the medium-muscled Shapes. The symmetry between the upper part vs the lower part of the body and vice versa is enhanced, the proportion between the muscular districts and between the limbs, femininity and attention to detail.


AESTHETICS

20% Score. Genetic beauty. Facial beauty. Attention to detail (hair, skin).

30% Score. Elegance and structural symmetry. Absence of paramorphisms and dysmorphisms in the column. Ratio of upper vs lower body. Proportion between the limbs and fundamental V-Line

20% Score. Elegance during the T-walk and Feminine attitude from the back of the stage is an important evaluation criterion.

Judging criteria Miss Shape

Despite being a muscular category, the beauty of the face, not excessive virilization, personal care, represent evaluation criteria for the judges.


SYMMETRY

The proportion between the upper and lower body, the v-line, broad shoulders and narrow waist are particularly important in this category.


MUSCULARITY

Muscle development is higher than that of the Bikini but lower than the Fitness. The preparation of the competitor, the scarce presence of fat, especially on the thighs and buttocks and the roundness of the same are rewarded. The dorsal design and the v-line given by the roundness of the deltoid are important.


DEFINITION

A definition appropriate to the structure of the subject is required.

The general presentation must be treated in detail and enhance the femininity of the competitor.


RACING COSTUME AND ACCESSORIES

The competition costume will be free and of any color or decoration, during the round of the mandatory poses a high-heeled shoe must always be worn.

Accessories should not get in the way of muscle assessment.

    FRONT RELAXEDRIGHT SIDE BACKREST RELAXED LEFT SIDE

Judging criteria Miss Wellness

Intermediate category between the Bikini and the Shape. Intended for women who prefer a musculature without great muscle separation, athletic and aesthetically pleasing as well as free of blemishes, with a more developed musculature compared to Bikinis.


SYMMETRY

The horizontal proportions (hips \ shoulder width) must favor a more important musculature on the buttocks, thighs and calves.


MUSCULARITY

A good muscular development is required (more accentuated on the lower part), an excellent V-line is appreciated, the muscular roundness must be clearly evident.


DEFINITION

The overall appearance should be toned, similar to that shown by Bikinis so not overly skinny, and without obvious muscle separation and/or streaks.


CARRIAGE

Elegance during the T-walk and Feminine attitude from the back of the stage is an important evaluation criterion.


RACING COSTUME AND ACCESSORIES

Judging Criteria Miss Fitness

Although in the presence of good muscular development the competitor must appear pleasant and feminine.


SYMMETRY

Balanced and proportionate muscle development of the body. The muscle groups must be equally developed and symmetrical.


MUSCULARITY

A good muscular development is required even if not without limits like the Miss Body, an excellent V-line is required as a basic criterion, roundness and separation must be clearly evident.


DEFINITION

It requires important definition and thin skin.

The general presentation must be treated in detail and enhance the femininity of the competitor.


RACING COSTUME AND ACCESSORIES

The Competition Costume will be of any color or decoration, during the round of the mandatory poses a high-heeled shoe must always be worn.

Accessories should not get in the way of muscle assessment. During the free routine it is possible to use any type of costume and/or accessory.
